Class Notes from Lesson 1-5 Constitutional

Lesson 1-5, Phospholipids, glycoproteins and cell membranes. He gets into the importance of strong cell membranes, so things that are supposed to stay in stay in and those supposed to stay out stay out. He mentions how this pertains to food allergies. Then he gets into free radicals and anti-oxidants. Then, he discusses how fatty acids - the good omegas - make strong cell membranes. He talks about how to use fish oil to regenerate cell membranes... "the oil change"... taking good oils in capsule form 5 days a week for 3 months. Cod Liver Oil is my favorite btw..... I'll be curious to find out what he says when he gets to that point. Next, he talks about diffusion and osmosis.... hypo versus hypertonic solutions..... eye washes, nasal rinses. And we have apparently finished week one.... which means this course will probably last a year!
