Class Notes from Lesson 8-8 Constitutional

 Lesson 8-8: Percolation Cone Making

You'll probably have to watch this one to understand... Basically, you cut the bottom off of a bottle with a cap, not too close to the bottom. maybe an inch or two up - like a Perrier bottle, saving the top part of the bottle, smooth the edges with fine sandpaper. You'll need a Fleming style glass cutting kit.
