Materia Medica Lesson 7-5: Euphrasia, Eyebright

Eyebright is really one of the prettiest flowers up close - very unique shaped blossoms. MM's pictures really don't do it justice. But, at least he had figured out the truth about the Chinese government. My FB account was locked for saying not even half of what he discusses in this video! Eyebright is sedative to inflamed liver. Good for hay fever and inflamed liver, also cools the respiratory system. He makes an interesting observation that most parasitic herbs are sedative. Good for hepatitis, etc.

He also mentions Ambrosia, as a not quite as good alternative to Eyebright, since most of what is sold as Eyebright isn't really Eyebright.
