Seeds are high in GLA. Anti-inflammatory. Good for rheumatoid-like or gout pain, allergies, immune disorders, back aches during menopause, etc... anything that can be triggered by high uric acid. Root tea is good for menstrual and intestinal cramps. Tincture of seeds is astringent and good for sore throats.
