Good culinary herb and the root is a good edible. Seeds good for constipation, or getting back on a regular pooping schedule, chewed on. Tea of leaves is tasty and relaxing. Root is good flavoring agent to use in place of sassafras. Good against candida. Good for kidney and upper GI deficiency.
