Lesson 5-4: The Kidneys Part 2
Kidney Deficiency.
Symptoms of: Dilute, frequent and pale urination, often at night. Flushing/blushing easily. Thirst. Low blood pressure. React poorly to sudden changes in temperature and altitude. Sore joints when the weather changes/barometric pressure. Short term water retention and headache, irritability during PMS, Last semester of pregnancy change in barometric pressure. Steroid drugs, including birth control pill aggravate kidney deficiency. High salt intake. Urine is diluted and becomes more easily alkaline. Low energy.
Kidney and liver deficiency are often related. Adrenaline stress leads to both. Usually, don't pee all day, then pee a lot at night. This can cause blood pressure to stay normal or slightly elevated even with kidney deficiency. Slightly low blood protein/slight anemia. Vascular excitability in brain. Think of a nervous, thin, weak, stressed out person.
