Lesson 5-6 The Pulse Test
Discussion on allergies. Hereditary factors. 75% of allergies are atopic. Causes adrenaline discharge. Choose a 3 day period where the 3rd day is spent in leisure. Record a full 60 second pulse for the first 3 days ,eating normally and not smoking. If you drink coffee, drink it separately from foods and check pulse before preparing it and 30 minutes after. Allergy can be to smell of coffee. Check pulse before eating and 30 minutes after. Eat food at two hours intervals. Record increased pulse after any meal. Then do the same to isolate the specific food in that meal that caused it. If pulse is elevated before eating, it is an allergy to dust, dust mites, pollen, scents, etc.
Allergies cause a lot of long term problems.
