Materia Medica Lesson 4-9: Bacopa

 It grows in swamps and pond edges. Bacopa is a nerve, brain and cardiac tonic. Increases GABA. Relaxes brain and body. Relaxes arteries and bronchials. Gives feeling of wellbeing, good for anxiety and memory.

BACOPA (B. monnieri, Brahmi, Water Hyssop) FLOWERING PLANT. Standard Infusion, ad lib STANDARDIZED POWDER EXTRACT. 1 capsule in evenings.
