Class Notes from Lesson 9-5 Constitutional

 9-5: Patient 1, Interview

Guy diagnosed with calcium in the ganglia of wrist. Has intense "pinched nerve" type pain occasionally in neck. It is kind of hard to hear everything, but I caught the gist. Here are the intake forms filled them out.
